Incompetent webdesigners
I could not directly log into www.myirmobile.com using my email and password. Instead, a “zendesk” domain needs to be inserted before the “.com”? And instead of a live helpdesk, we get an automated Athena Bot who cannont understand simple questions?!? This is insanity. I am going to ask my State Dept. of Health to terminate the contract with MyIR as soon as it expires.
