    Hello Addie! In order to view your records on MyIR you must enter in the same phone number that would be on file with your primary care provider's office or wherever you went last to receive your immunization.
    Once you are logged in, Go to 'Connections' and then select your state or 'Try Again' if you've already selected it previously. It will ask you to confirm the phone number you wish to verify yourself with. You may change this phone number within your 'Profile' page.

    If by chance you are unable to verify yourself by that phone number go ahead and reach out to one of our support agents by clicking on the Athena Bot in the bottom right corner or you may complete our webform here: https://myirmobile.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new 
    Our agents usually respond within a day, however keep in mind that in some states the process can take up to 3 business days.

    Nowhere on the webpage(using my iPhone) is there anything that says ‘connection’. I have looked under my profile, on the website, nothing. Unfortunately this hasn’t been helpful.
