"An error occurred changing the phone"
AnsweredI'm unable to log into my account thanks to a new input request upon signing in. The field says says "Update Phone Number" - asks for my phone number - and then throws this error message: "An error occurred changing the phone." No idea what the issue here is. This is the only phone number I have had for ages. There's no way to get around the issue and I'm unable to login and access my records. Please fix.

If you complete our webform here and an agent will help you get the phone number updated. Our agents usually respond within a day, however keep in mind that in some states the process can take up to 3 business days. (link to webform: https://myirmobile.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new)

I've sent to forms and the status says closed but nobody has contacted me and my number has not been updated.
