To access MyIR Mobile, and to protect health privacy, each adult, age 18 and older, must each have their own account, this would include spouses and adult dependents. Each account holder must have a unique email address on file, as no two adults may use the same email. Once an account has been setup with an email address, the other adult will need to setup their account with their own different email. If your account was setup with the incorrectly, let us know and we can delete the account so you can re-register with the correct email.
