Do I have to have a 10-digit phone number for verification?

In order for a user to successfully create an account and be matched to their immunization records reported to the state, they must have a 10-digit US-based phone number as well as a personal email address that is not shared. This is necessary in order to protect the records from unauthorized access as verification codes are used to ensure the correct person is accessing their own records.
