How do I update or reset my password?

You can update your password on the Password page at any time.
If you forgot your password, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the sign-in page.

You can locate the forgot password link by clicking on "SIGN IN" at the top left of the site.

On the next screen, click the Forgot password as shown below.

Please note, if you inadvertently mistyped your email address at registration, then the forgot password will likely not work. In that case, please use the Athena chatbot  in the bottom right corner to contact a support agent for help.  Alternatively you may submit a Support Request here and an agent will reach out via email to reset your account.
