MyIR Mobile supports the functionality of matching you and your family to the immunization registry of all MyIR supported states you've previously received vaccines in. To get you matched to multiple states you'll add a new connection from within the "Connections" tab of your account.
MyIR will use the same matching algorithms that are in place today, name, date of birth, and phone number. Each dependent of yours will have their own connections tab that you'll want to use. What if I received vaccines in a state that doesn't utilize MyIR Mobile?
You can bring those out of records into your current, MyIR supported state. To do that you'll need to visit your in-state healthcare provider or visit a local county health department. For more information, click here to be taken to a help article that explains in further detail.
