To obtain your children's immunization records through MyIR Mobile is pretty easy! You'll need a MyIR Mobile account to securely access their records. You may register for MyIR using your own information as their guardian. https://app.myirmobile.com/auth/register
Now you can add your child(ren) to your MyIR account
- Go To the Main Menu -> Click 'Add a child'
- Begin filling out their information such as Name, DOB, etc.
- Add your phone number (or the phone number that is on file with their Pediatrician.
- Click 'Save Changes' at the bottom of the page.
- MyIR will redirect you to attempt to connect them with the state(s) their records live in.
- MyIR will either let you know if they're connected or to 'Try again'.
Repeat this process for your remaining children.

Q. MyIR wasn't able to find a match/ My phone number isn't what's on file with the state?
A. More than likely this means that there could be some outdated information within the state's system or there is another phone number listed on file. Don't worry, MyIR Support can assist! At the bottom of this article you can get in contact with support and get assistance linking your child's immunization records to your MyIR account.
Q. I accidentally created the account using my child's information.
A. That is okay, you'll go ahead and change it to your own information using the steps below:
- Go to Profile.
- Change the information to your name, DOB, Address, etc.
- Click Save changes at the bottom.
- Go back to the Menu -> click 'Add a Child' button.
Q. What if my child has turned/ is about to turn 18?
A. Children 18yrs and older are considered as adults by the state health department and must create their own MyIR Mobile account for themselves to access their own immunization records. If they have any issues linking their own records they may contact MyIR Support to receive matching assistance.
Q. I have an adult dependent or I am a POA, how do I access their records?
A. In order to access their immunization records it will be a little different.
