There could be a few reasons why that may be. Please see below:

My Phone is not receiving the code via text.
There could be a number of reasons such as:
- The code may be be going to your phone's text spam inbox. Check to see if your phone let's you look into your spam inbox (Usually in the menu system or you may search online how to access it).
- The MFA verification code service may experience delays and the code might arrive a bit later (like 5-10 minutes after and no longer works). If this happens, we suggest waiting a few hours or a day before re-attempting. The service may be operable again thereafter.
- Your smartphone's cell signal may be affected by your background services. If this happens, we suggest restarting your phone and trying again. This usually remedies the issue.
- You might be trying to access MyIR Mobile using an incompatible browser. Web browsers get updated frequently and some services such as logging in can be affected. We use Google Chrome as our browser of choice when making testing MyIR for compatibility.
I'm still not receiving the code after waiting a few hours as suggested above, what now?
- It is possible that your cellular phone service provider is preventing the code from being delivered to your mobile device. This action may be taken under the assumption that the message is spam. If this is the case, it might be beneficial to reach out to your cell phone carrier's customer support for assistance. They can help determine whether the message is being blocked and provide guidance on how to resolve the issue.
- If the suggestions above are unsuccessful go ahead and reach out to MyIR Mobile Support and our team can take a closer look into it.
