The MFA verification code service may experience delays due to a slow verification code server. Occasionally, the code might arrive a bit later (around 5-10 minutes) and may not work immediately.
If this happens, we suggest waiting a few hours or a day before re-attempting. The service may be operable again thereafter.
I'm still not receiving the code after waiting as suggested above, what now?
It is possible that your cellular phone service provider is preventing the code from being delivered to your mobile device. This action may be taken under the assumption that the message is spam.
If this is the case, it might be beneficial to reach out to your cell phone carrier's customer support for assistance. They can help determine whether the message is being blocked and provide guidance on how to resolve the issue.
