With the new security features of MyIR Mobile, users who don't have a text-enabled phone number and need to gain access to their immunization records have a few alternative methods of obtaining their immunization records:
Use a friend or family member's phone number
You can ask a trusted friend or family member if you can use their phone number to receive the login verification code. This way, you can receive the necessary verification code or messages and access your account to print out/ save a copy of your immunization records.
-
- Keep in mind! that you will need to contact them to relay that code each time you need to access your online records. You may also request to update the MFA number at any time by reaching out to MyIR Mobile Support.
Contact your healthcare provider
You may reach out to your provider's office and inquire about obtaining a copy of your immunization records through their office.
Contact your local health department
Your local department of health will have access to the State's Immunization Registry and can assist you in retrieving a copy of your records that have been reported to the state. You will visit the department in person and provide them with the necessary information to locate your records. They will then be able to provide you with a printed or electronic copy of your immunization history.
