For our existing users, the flow will remain familiar with just one new step added. Once you enter your credentials, you will be directed to the second authentication step.
If it is your first time logging in since we've implemented MFA authentication MyIR will ask you to enter a number you wish to register as your MFA Phone Number. This will be your only opportunity to update it. If you happen to enter in an incorrect number or a number that cannot receive text messages you will need to contact MyIR Mobile Support for further assistance.
To contact MyIR Mobile Support, click on the Athena Bot in the bottom right corner, then click on Get Help Now. You also have the option to submit a Support Request here and our team will contact you via email to help.
