General Information:

• For the security of health information, everyone 18 years and older must sign up with their own email address, in order to create an account. 
• Its best NOT to use use autofill service to fill out the fields while you are registering. This sometimes will cause an issue within your MyIR Mobile account and prompt you to recreate a new account.
• If you happen to miss-enter your phone number during the verification process, please use the Athena chatbot in the bottom right corner to contact a support agent to unlock your account.  Alternatively, you may submit a Support Request here and an agent will reach out via email to unlock your account.
