I am trying to access my Test Results.

MyIR Mobile is an application that allows users to retrieve their vaccine immunization records that have been reported to your state's registry known as an IIS (Immunization Information System). The IIS is where those records are recorded.  The IIS, does not store or track any test results.

If you were referred to MyIR Mobile by an organization to track your test results, please note that it was done in error as MyIR Mobile does not track test results. We recommend you reach out to the organization that referred you to us and let them know you need the correct link to your test results. Alternatively, you can reach out directly to the organization or the doctor who administered your test, to obtain those results.

If you would like to obtain your vaccine immunizations, you may do so by signing into your MyIR Mobile account or registering for MyIR Mobile here: https://app.myirmobile.com/auth/register

Once you have created an account and have linked your immunizations records you may begin to retrieve your official vaccination certificates and COVID-19 QR code. Please note that this QR code is not a CDC replacement COVID-19 card. If you are looking for a replacement card, please reach out to the organization that administered your COVID-19 vaccine for assistance.
